Hello friends. How do you guys do how to do a linear equation so easily? I just never seem to be able to solve a question without going wrong a few times. Please do not tell me to take extra tutoring. They are expensive and I cannot afford them. Any other idea would be more than welcome.

You seem to be facing a similar problem that I had last month. I too thought of hiring a paid tutor to work it out for me. But they are so costly that I just could not afford one. So I turned to the internet and found so many programs that can help with algebra assignments on long division, function definition and perpendicular lines. After some trials I found that Algebrator is the best of the lot. I haven’t found a math assignment that I can’t get done through Algebrator. It is absolutely awesome. Best part is, the software gives you a step-by-step break-up on how to do it yourself. So you actually learn how to work it out yourself. Isn’t it cool?

I agree , a good software can do miracles . I tried a few but Algebrator is the greatest. It doesn't matter what class you are in, I myself used it in Remedial Algebra and Basic Math too, so you don't have to worry that it's not on your level. If you never used a software until now I can tell you it's not complicated, you don't have to know much about the computer to use it. You just have to type in the keywords of the exercise, and then the software solves it step by step, so you get more than just the answer.

I appreciate your help. I really want to try this software now. Can someone post a link where I can order a copy for myself ?

I remember having often faced problems with trigonometric functions, quadratic formula and cramer’s rule. A truly great piece of math program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem homework a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many math classes – Basic Math, Remedial Algebra and Algebra 1. I greatly recommend the program.

Check out at the lessons available at https://emaths.net/rational-number-project.html. You have plentiful information on Intermediate algebra, particularly on radicals, percentages and subtracting exponents. All the best !
