solving square root problems

I have a test tomorrow afternoon. But I’m stuck with questions based on solving square root problems. I’m facing problems understanding equivalent fractions and dividing fractions because I just can’t seem to figure out a way to solve problems based on them. I called my friends and I tried on the internet, but none of those activities did any good . I’m still trying but the time is short and I can’t seem to get a hang of it. Can somebody please guide me ? I really need some help from you guys for tomorrows assignment. Please do reply.

I have used a number of programs to grapple with my problems with parallel lines, factoring expressions and subtracting fractions. Of them, my experience with Algebrator has been the best . All I had to do was to simply key in the problem. Punch the solve button . The answer appeared almost instantaneously with an easy to understand steps indicating how to get the answer.
