Guys , I am in need of assistance on roots, gcf, powers and distance of points. Since I am a beginner to Basic Math, I really want to understand the fundamentals of Intermediate algebra fully . Can anyone suggest the best resource with which I can begin reading the fundamental principles ? I have a class test next week.

The perspective you’ve adopted towards the freemathtutor.org is not the right one. I do understand that one can’t really think of anything else in such a scenario . Its good that you still want to try. My key to easy equation solving is Algebrator I would advise you to give it a try at least once.

I discovered a number of software programs that are appropriate. I checked them out . The Algebrator appeared to be the most suited one for converting fractions, x-intercept and trigonometry. It was also easy to operate . It took me step by step towards the solution rather than merely giving the solution. That way I got to learn how to crack the problems too. By the time I was finished, I had learnt how to work out the problems. I found them useful for College Algebra, Algebra 1 and Intermediate algebra which helped me in my algebra classes. May be, this is just what you need . Why not try this out?

I remember having problems with parallel lines, midpoint of a line and relations. Algebrator is a really great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several math classes - Algebra 1, Basic Math and Basic Math. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
