help with square root problems

Holla guys and gals! Recently I hired a private tutor to guide me with some topics in math . My problem areas included topics such as help with square root problems and adding exponents. Now that teacher turned out to be so dumb , that instead of helping me now I’m even more confused than I earlier was . I still can’t crack problems on those topics. And the exam time is nearing. I need someone to help me out. Is there anything in particular that can be done to get some sort of help? I have a fairly large set of questions to help me learn these topics, but the problem is I just can’t crack them, no matter how much I try . Please help!

Algebrator beyond doubt is a great piece of algebra software. I remember having difficulties with graphing lines, greatest common factor and adding numerators. By typing in the problem from homework and merely clicking Solve would give step by step solution to the math problem. It has been of great help through several Intermediate algebra, Remedial Algebra and Intermediate algebra. I seriously recommend the program.
