pre-algebra test

Hi! Our class just started doing a new topic in math regarding pre-algebra test and I did pretty well for most assignments we had but the latest one my professor gave really hard so I'd love if somebody would assist me to understand it! It’s a problem solving homework my math teacher gave out this day and it’s due next week and I tried answering it but to no avail . I can’t answer it easily unlike the other homeworks . I had no trouble solving my past assignments but this particular assignment with specific topic of absolute values gives me difficulty just knowing how to start . I’m desperately in need of help. I’ll really appreciate if somebody help me in showing the steps and how to answer it in a organized and clear way.

I know how hard it can be if you are clueless with pre-algebra test. It’s a bit hard to assist without a better idea of your requirements. But if you rather not get a tutor, then why not just use some program and how you go . There are numerous programs out there, but one you should consider would be Algebrator. It is pretty helpful plus it is pretty cheap .

It is good to know that you wish to improve your math and are taking efforts to do so. I think you should try Algebrator. This is not exactly a tutoring tool but it offers solutions to math problems in a very descriptive manner. And the best thing about this product is that it is very user friendly. There are a lot of demos given under various topics which are quite useful to learn the subject. Try it and wish you good luck with math.

A great piece of math software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar problems while solving hyperbolas, distance of points and system of equations. Just by typing in the problem workbookand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework would be ready. I have used it through several algebra classes - Intermediate algebra, Algebra 1 and Basic Math. I highly recommend the program.
